Our Return
Policy
- If you wish to return an item, just mail it back to the
return address on the package with a note explaining why you are
returning the product and we will reimburse you for that item
when Nature's Sunshine alerts us that the item has been
returned, not including shipping fees. We have 4 different
locations where the package may be shipped from and must be
returned to the same point of origin. This usually takes about
7-14 days.
Our Shipping
Policy
- If you pay via Credit Card through PayPal, we will ship
the order at 11:00am CT the very next business day.
- If you pay via Money Order, we will ship the order at
11:00am CT the very next business day after we receive the Money
Order in the mail.
- If you pay via Personal Check, we won't ship the order
until the check clears your bank. This will take about 7
days. It's your choice!
- We have 4 warehouses strategically located throughout the
USA for the fastest shipping time to your location. These
locations are in Spanish Fork, UT - Dallas, TX - Columbus, OH and
Atlanta, GA. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground so
please be sure you use your physical address!
- International:
We don't accept International Orders via PayPal. If you
want us to ship your order overseas, we require that you send us
an International Money Order in the amount of your order plus
$50.00 for Parcel Air Mail. This includes postage, insurance and
registration. Once the International Money Order is received, it
will take about 7-10 days to get to you. Just click on the
Check/Money Order payment option in the shopping cart and mail a
copy of the order with your IMO.

from your order from our Index of Products page! Just click
on the Add to Cart button for the $2.00 credit near the bottom of
the Index of Products page and then you will be sent into the
