Recovery

Recovery helps the body stay hydrated and replaces certain nutrients that are used or perspired away during higher levels of activity. This drink nourishes the body both during and after activity. It helps replenish liquids and electrolytes lost, and helps balance acid levels in the muscles during exercise. Recovery also helps replenish electrolytes lost due to other conditions and is recommended for young children, adults and seniors. Be sure to include Recovery in your daily exercise routines.

Recovery contains fructose, citric acid, potassium citrate, natural orange flavor, tricalcium phosphate, maltodextrin, rice syrup solids, xanthan gum, magnesium oxide, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, inositol, beta-carotene, ascorbic acid, niacinamide, glycine, l-taurine, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin and cyanocobalamin. Each 15 g serving also contains chromium (50 mcg), chloride (50 mg), l-carnitine (2.5 mg) and inositol (50 mg). Add 1 level scoop (15 g) of drink mix powder to 8 oz. cold water and stir.
