Flax Seed Oil Liquid

An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Pound of Cure!

Flax Seed Oil contains high concentrations of important Omega-3 (including alpha-linolenic acid) and Omega-6 fatty acids. These essential fatty acids (dubbed "essential" because the body cannot manufacture them on it own) play many roles, including having a major impact on the production of prostaglandins, supporting healthy triglyceride levels in the blood, insulating nerves and helping to maintain normal cholesterol levels.
Flax seed oil contains the highest level of alpha-linolenic acid of any know plant source. It also contains high levels of lignans, active polysaccharides that have anti-estrogenic, antioxidative, antiviral, antibacterial and anti-tumor properties. Studies show that lignans may possess impressive preventive properties and offer immune-system support.

NSP Flax Seed Oil softgels (available for several years) may be difficult for some people to swallow. Flax Seed Oil Liquid, on the other hand, can be taken by spoon or mixed with foods like peanut butter, yogurt, cottage cheese and fruit shakes, or used in salad dressing. It has a pleasant, nutty flavor and goes down easily. One tablespoon is approximately equivalent to 14 softgels. Take 1 tablespoon 2-3 times daily. For maximum product life, store Flax Seed Oil Liquid in the refrigerator away from sunlight. After opening, make sure the lid is closed tightly. Do not use flax seed oil for cooking. Flax Seed Oil Liquid is a perfect complement to NSP's new Focus Attention.
