How do I use your web site search engine?
Our search engine is on the main page and Index of Products page. Just type in the name of the product you are looking for. Or type in the name of the symptom you are looking for. For example: Passion Flower, St. John's Wort, Cardio Assurance, Ginkgo Biloba, Colds, Flu, Cancer, Heart, Blood Pressure, etc.!

How do I use the Shopping Cart?
Just click on a button that says Order Products Here at the top left of the main page and this link will take you to the Index of Products Catalogs. There the products are cataloged in categories for easier access and makes it easier to find the product you are looking for. If you are not sure of what you want, just type in the symptom or product you want into the search engine above the catalogs and you will be able to click on a link that most fits your search. Once in the "Index of Products", just click on the catalog you want to browse, once there, you can click on the name of the product itself (it will be underlined), it will bring up a page with the information about that product. When you see an item you wish to purchase just click on the "Add to Cart" button.  When you add an item to the cart, you will be taken to the cart and you can either check out at that time by clicking on the Payment Option PayPal or Check/Money Order and then click on the "PURCHASE $0.00" button or click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button.  To get back into the cart, just add another item or click on the View Shopping Cart link at the bottom of our catalog web pages and Index of Products page, and it will take you back into the cart.  While in the cart, you can change the quantity of the item or you can delete an item. Click on your purchase option PayPal or Check/Money Order. PayPal is the fastest and safest way to purchase. To use your credit cards with PayPal, just  click here  to sign-up for a free PayPal membership account. No fees to use PayPal! It will only take a couple of minutes.  The S&H (if any), and State Taxes (if any) are deducted after you login to PayPal. Not all states have to pay sales tax. No S&H on orders over $20.00. Discounts are all calculated automatically for you in the cart before you go to PayPal!  It is very user friendly! You can choose to use PayPal or Check/Money Order.

Why do you use PayPal for credit card transactions? Is there a fee to use PayPal?
We use PayPal for secure credit card transactions. Make sure you click on the payment option PayPal. When you click on the "Purchase" button in the shopping cart, you will be taken to PayPal's secure web site. Register with them and use their service for your personal and credit card information. This is the safest and fastest way for you to protect your personal identity that we know of. This is a free service to you. Just click here and click on the Sign Up link at the top of the page. We don't accept International Orders via PayPal, see our ordering & shipping policy.

Do you have a Quality Control Department?
Yes we do. NSP has set the standard for quality control in an industry where no standards are required. This company of over 35 years maintains a state of the art laboratory and employs Ivy League Scientists to assure the highest quality products available to the consumer. 100% certified to be organic. In addition, NSP owns controlling interest, which is 68% of the largest import/export company for raw botanical products. This allows for first selection of the highest quality herbs. They must meet the high standards of quality control testing and must pass purity, nutrient levels, and most important, herb identification. All raw materials that fall short at any level is rejected, shipped back to the supplier and thus sold to our competitors that doesn't have an in-house quality control.

Yes. We add $6.00 to orders $20.00 or less. The S&H is FREE on orders above $20.00!

Do you have any Monthly Specials?

Where are our orders shipped from? How long does it take to receive an order?
Your orders are shipped from one of 4 of our warehouses in the U.S. We have one in Atlanta, GA - Columbus, OH - Dallas, TX & Spanish Fork, UT. Which ever one is closest to you.
The shipping time will vary from 1 to 4 days, depending on how far you live from one of our warehouses.

What source of transportation do you use for shipping?
We only use UPS Ground in the U.S. The product is shipped right to your front door, so, we do need a physical address because UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. It doesn't pay to ship 1 or 2 day express. As our warehouses on the average are only 1 to 2 days away from your location anyway!
