[Nervous] is a Chinese combination
of 16 herbs and natural substances designed to support emotional
balance and calm a stressed fire constitution. The Chinese call
this formula an shen, which means to pacify the spirit. These
herbs nourish the nervous system and subsequently help improve
gastric function and strengthen the urinary system. Its primary
nutrients polygonum, dragon bone, oyster shell, haliotis shell
and fushen help normalize mental function and strengthen the
cardiovascular system. Chinese Stress Relief contains: Dragon
bone Oyster shell, Albizzia bark, Polygonum stem, Fushen plant,
Acorus rhizome, Curcuma root, Haliotis shell, Panax ginseng root,
Polygala root, Saussurea root, Zizyphus seed, Coptis rhizome,
Cinnamon bark, Ginger rhizome, Licorice root. This formula
is commonly used in conjunction with vitamin B-complex, vitamin
C, passion flower herb, chamomile flowers, scullcap herb and hops
flowers.
